I spent a fantastic four days at Mt Potts Station with New Zealand Photography Workshops photographing winter landscapes and the working life of this large sheep and cattle station in the Southern Alps.
We were given the opportunity to shoot the mustering of lambs on the tussock hillsides by mounted riders with dogs. The lambs were then driven down to the stockyards to be weighed to check their growth and development.
