As well as the diploma course I’ve been taking at the Photography Institute, I’ve also taken advanced modules in building a photography website (this one!) and in portraiture. My portraiture module portfolio needed to contain “no less than 15 and no more than 25 portrait images” of different people demonstrating a variety of techniques and using indoor and outdoor settings and lighting. Images could be colour and/or black and white. The aim was to produce “a set of high-quality and well-controlled portrait images”.
